Small and underrepresented farmers face steep barriers in the conventional food system: limited market access, too many intermediaries, and margins that make it difficult to sustain their businesses. Yet these are the very farmers most committed to land stewardship and feeding their communities.

In under a year, APC has helped move hundreds of thousands of pounds of fresh food that traditional supply chains might have left behind.
